Planning Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at CHICAGO Maintenance & Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and possess 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly with fast-paced projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Loaded Baseline Program: Prepare and submit the Resource Loaded Baseline Program.
EOT (Extension of Time): Utilize time impact and windows analysis techniques to prepare Extension of Time claims.
Program Recovery & Revision: Develop recovery plans and revised baseline programs when necessary.
Planning & Scheduling: Schedule and track project progress using Primavera P6.
Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly progress reports.
Delay Register: Maintain and update the delay register.
Activity Monitoring: Track and monitor activities and deliverables in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
Critical Analysis: Identify potential risks and areas of weakness, performing critical analysis to check for driving activities.
Site Monitoring: Provide daily tracking of site activities and assist the Project Manager with site supervision.
Resource Management: Assist in managing resources effectively to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 4-9 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on fast-paced projects.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
Location: Candidates should be based in the UAE and available for in-person interviews.
