Job Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or vacation rental industry. You’ll optimize pricing strategies for our portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in Dubai’s fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to develop dynamic pricing strategies.
Use data-driven insights to adjust rates for seasonal demand, events, and market fluctuations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align pricing with business goals.
Monitor KPIs (occupancy rates, RevPAR, ADR) and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue.
Maintain pricing tools/software and ensure accurate rate distribution across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Prepare reports and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on Dubai’s tourism trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting pricing.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics (hospitality/vacation rentals preferred).
Proficiency in pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental market and tourism trends.
Excellent communication skills to present strategies to stakeholders.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
