About Us:
Rass Oil and Energy is a growing player in the logistics/shipping/carrier industry, dedicated to efficient and seamless cargo handling. We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee port cargo operations, including loading/unloading and ship handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee port cargo operations, including vessel and carrier loading/unloading.
Ensure smooth coordination between ports, carriers, and internal teams.
Supervise loading procedures, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance.
Handle documentation and regulatory requirements related to cargo operations.
Monitor and optimize workflow to prevent delays and improve productivity.
Resolve operational challenges and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in port cargo operations, logistics, or the carrier industry.
Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, port handling, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple operations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
