1) Prepare/revise procedures for planning/scheduling and reporting in conjunction with other departments & divisions.
2) Conduct training to team whenever there are changes to the existing system/procedure/process.
3) Implement new systems as per the internal/external requirement.
4) Provide input related to the prequalification process with the new clients.
5) Prepare/review Tender schedule to Level 3 with cashflow and construction methodology (if required).
6) Prepare schedule with cashflow and construction methodology for DIVSIONS (if required).
7) Provide inputs to risk register related to time & cost aspects for new tenders.
8) Prepare /Review the construction methodology for all projects in conjunction with PM/CM/PCM/PLE.
9) Review Baseline program with resource and cost loading including construction methodology in conjunction with PM/PLE.
10) Review labour histogram in line with Baseline & Target Schedule equipment/plant schedule in line with Baseline & Target Schedule.
11) Review the S-curve (cash in chart) in line with Baseline & Target Schedule.
12) Review material procurement schedule in line with Baseline & Target Schedule.
13) Review S-curve for strategic material in line with Baseline & Target Schedule.
14) Review closes out schedule and As Built Programme.
15) Review internal target/recovery schedule. Review of all delay events and Extension of time claims with PM/PLE’s.
16) Prepare the overall target for the company.
17) Prepare the Target vs Turnover report and corporate report (if required).
18) Client/Consultant meeting as per project requirement.
19) Review and action as required on internal audit reports.
20) Support contracts administration cell related to time & cost claims.
21) Any work as per Project Planning & Management Objective.
22) Assisting in any work as per Project Planning & Management Objective or as & when instructed by PLE/Sr.PLE.
Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
