Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, progress tracking, resource planning, and coordination with various departments to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Monitor progress and performance against established schedules
Identify risks and delays, and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with project teams to align actual progress with planning timelines
Support in resource and cost loading, productivity analysis, and project reporting
Ensure effective internal communication and coordination across stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
Proven experience in planning and project control, preferably in construction
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Prior work experience in the Qatar or GCC construction industry is an advantage
