We seek a competent Planning Engineer  to
join ourdynamicteam
and contribute to a prestigious real estate project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Job Description:
As a planning engineer, you will be integral to our
project management
team and responsible for our projects’ detailed planning and scheduling. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Integrate multiple disciplines and account for logistical considerations. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to assess project requirements, define milestones, and identify potential schedule risks. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents to communicate project progress to management and clients. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on schedule adherence,
resource allocation
, and project timelines.
Collaborate with the contract management team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timelines. Implement
continuous improvement
strategies to enhance scheduling techniques and project delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling in the construction industry. Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI. Fluency in English, with exceptional
communication skills
