Planning Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Experts Project Management
Experts Project Management LLC, a leading project management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a talented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic planning team on a full-time basis.
Role:
Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, based on company methodologies, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and supporting documentation.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders
Analyze delays, disruptions, and prepare supporting documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between project schedules and contractual obligations, particularly in the context of claims and schedule impacts.
Ensure the use of best practices in project planning and scheduling, while adhering to company policies and client standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Civil Engineering or equivalent
5 to 10 years of proven experience in planning roles, specifically in the preparation of Extension of Time claims
Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6)
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Proven experience in preparing and managing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
Duration Initial engagement of 6 months, with potential for extension based on workload and performance
