Should have Adnoc project Experience
Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and execution strategies.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and report project progress, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions. Critical Path Analysis: Identify critical activities, assess schedule impacts, and ensure timely execution of key milestones.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to align planning activities with overall project goals.
Risk Management: Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation measures to maintain project timelines. Schedule Updates & Reports: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project teams and management.
Change Management: Assess and incorporate schedule adjustments due to scope changes, unforeseen site conditions, or client requirements.
Resource Planning: Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation to optimize project productivity.
Support Claims & Delays Analysis: Contribute to time-impact analysis and claim preparation as needed.
Adherence to Industry Standards: Ensure compliance with best practices, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, or a similar role within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and industry best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
