To initiate the project work by controlling and monitoring activities according to the project plan generated, and closing the project after completion as per contractual requirements:
Coordinate with consultants for the submission and approvals of shop drawings and material submittals along with the design team.
Assess the procurement of material and progress of work in line with the master plan.
Understand all MEP project disciplines & civil activities while ensuring that total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities.
Prepare project schedule, manpower, and quantity reports.
Ensure the preparation and presentation of the Critical Items Action Report.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and adviseproject management.
Prepare project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas.
Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress.
Identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery.
Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Prepare a monthly report that reflects work progress summary.
Liaise with project site management and client counterparts.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree in construction management, with 7 years in Middle East or international regions and 6 years in various MEP Projects.
