Position: 3PL Logistics Coordinator , MENA 3PL and Direct Imports
Job Description
As MENA 3PL Logistics Coordinator, you will support the MENA 3PL team in managing Vendor Returns business in Saudi Arabia.
The role includes supporting VRET metrics and collaborating with 3PLs, business, IH, and FCs to improve vendor experience. Candidates must be independent, flexible, with solid communication skills, a strong customer focus, analytical, data handling, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Candidates should have knowledge of local logistics and preferable experience with last‑mile deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3PLs in SA for Vendor Returns.
- Accountable for program metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations for removals.
- Monthly report of Vendor Returns for Saudi Arabia.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of logistics, advanced Excel, dashboards (Quicksight).
