Role Description The Pizza Maker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Limassol Municipality. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing dough, sauces, and toppings, assembling pizzas according to recipes or customer requests, and cooking pizzas using appropriate ovens and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining food quality and consistency, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene, and restocking ingredients and supplies. The role also involves coordinating with team members, assisting with general kitchen duties, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Interacting with serving staff and customers to address special requests or preferences may be required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with experience in pizza-making techniques and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards, including food safety, hygiene practices, and portion control.
- Customer Service abilities to support a positive guest experience and respond to special requests professionally.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, pizzeria, or similar food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations; formal culinary training is an advantage but not mandatory.
