Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Piping Engineer, based in Doha, Qatar. The Piping Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing piping systems for various projects. Daily tasks include performing calculations, developing piping designs, conducting stress analysis, ensuring system integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. The role involves overseeing the implementation of designs on-site and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Piping Design and expertise in creating efficient and complex piping systems
- Experience in performing Calculations and Stress Analysis to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of Piping and Pipe systems in construction and industrial applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in relevant design and analysis tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in electromechanical and building engineering projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety regulations
