Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Studio Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our high-energy Hot Pilates and Lagree studio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, customer experience, and team leadership, ensuring the studio runs smoothly while delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, including class schedules and staff coordination
- Supervise front desk team and instructors to maintain service excellence
- Ensure studio cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment readiness at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and resolve issues professionally
- Support membership sales, retention, and overall client experience
- Monitor inventory and coordinate maintenance of Megaformer equipment
- Assist with implementing promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
