STEMM Education Center, Qatar, is seeking a highly competent, passionate, and experienced Physics Teacher to join our academic team.
Position: Physics Teacher
Curriculum: British Curriculum – IGCSE, AS & A Level
Location: Al Khor, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and concept-focused Physics lessons for IGCSE, AS and A-Level students
• Prepare students effectively for CAIE and Pearson Edexcel examinations
• Develop structured lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and revision materials
• Conduct regular examinations and monitor students’ academic progress
• Provide constructive feedback and targeted support to help students achieve outstanding results
• Maintain a professional, disciplined and motivating classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents and the academic management team
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Education or a closely related field
• Strong command of Physics at IGCSE, AS and A-Level
• Familiarity with CAIE and/or Pearson Edexcel specifications and examination techniques
• Previous experience teaching the British curriculum is strongly preferred
• Excellent English communication, presentation and classroom-management skills
• Ability to explain challenging concepts clearly and develop students’ problem-solving abilities
• Professional, committed, punctual and student-focused
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar will be given preference
