About The Role

A leading, internationally accredited multispecialty healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its clinical services and is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join its growing healthcare team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. The Physician Assistant will support patient assessment, clinical management, and continuity of care under the supervision of licensed physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and assist physicians in developing appropriate care plans
  • Conduct physical examinations, monitor patient progress, and document clinical findings accurately
  • Assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of patients under physician supervision
  • Support inpatient and outpatient care activities, including patient follow-ups, clinical reviews, and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Assist with clinical procedures within the approved scope of practice and maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Physician Assistant candidates holding recognised qualifications such as:

  • Graduate Certificate, Diploma, or Master’s qualification in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Completion of a recognised Physician Assistant training program from an approved institution
  • Valid national certification or professional licensure as a Physician Assistant from the relevant regulatory body
  • Minimum relevant post-qualification clinical experience as required by UAE licensing standards
