The Role
You’ll own shoots end to end: planning, shooting, editing, and delivering, across both stills and video. This is a hands-on generalist role in a small team — one day you’re shooting a product set in the studio, the next a corporate film on location. You should be comfortable working independently and representing the studio in front of clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots in studio and on location (products, corporate, F&B, events, real estate)
- Edit and retouch stills (Lightroom, Photoshop) and cut, color, and deliver video (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
- Deliver client-ready assets on deadline in formats for web and social — including vertical video (Reels/TikTok)
- Interpret client briefs, prepare shot lists, and direct talent and clients on set
- Manage, maintain, and track studio equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, grip)
- Organize and archive raw files and final deliverables to a consistent structure
Requirements
- Commercial photography and/or videography experience — portfolio is the primary filter
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro); DaVinci Resolve or After Effects a plus
- Able to run smaller shoots solo, from setup to delivery
- Based in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC, or eligible to relocate
- Fluent English required; Arabic a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Drone operation with a valid Qatar CAA permit
- Motion graphics or basic animation
- Short-form social content experience (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
