Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our network of property owners and clients. This role requires a proactive leader with at least 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or travel. You’ll leverage your expertise to boost revenue, enhance brand visibility, and deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and property acquisition opportunities.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with real estate agents, travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards.
Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.
Client Engagement: Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business goals.
Industry Networking: Represent Savis at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis.
Self-motivated with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Existing network in the luxury travel or property management sectors.
Multilingual capabilities.
