Job Description:
We are seeking for a Foreman who is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role involves managing workers, monitoring progress, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining equipment. The Foreman serves as the link between management and the workforce, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors.
Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual skills.
Provide training and guidance to workers to improve efficiency and safety awareness.
Oversee day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
Interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to guide the workforce.
Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance to prevent downtime.
Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain daily progress reports and update the project manager on the status of work.
Record attendance, work hours, and productivity metrics.
Report incidents, delays, or challenges to management promptly.
Address on-site issues and resolve conflicts between workers or teams.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
