We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Host or Hostess to join our team at a high-quality casual dining restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the face of our venue, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while confidently engaging with guests to encourage them to dine with us.
Location: JBR – Sadaf Sector
Contract type: Part-Time (17:00 – 22:00) 6 days a week. It can become full-time at a later stage.
Proactively approach pedestrians and potential guests, inviting them to dine at the restaurant.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while promoting the restaurant’s menu and dining experience.
Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and manage reservations.
Receive and Coordinate any reservation enquiries according to the standard operating procedure.
Seating guests in an efficient manner, assigning tables relevant to the party size.
Arranging props and setup for special occasions and guests requirements.
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and excellent customer service.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Maintain a presentable and polished appearance in line with the restaurant’s brand standards.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a casual dining or hospitality environment. Or relevant sales experience.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
Neat and elegant personal presentation.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to persuade and attract customers.
Outgoing, energetic, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and coordination with the restaurant staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,550.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
