Requirements for haring the HHC phlebotomists are :

- Valid SCFHS registration with an active professional classification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience, with proven competency in venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Previous Home Health Care experience is highly preferred, with the ability to provide patient-centered care in home settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently, manage daily home visits efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards, specimen handling, and transportation protocols.
