Job Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions on usage and possible side effects
- Review prescriptions and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness of medication therapy

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing education opportunities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice
- Previous experience as a pharmacist is desirable
- Deep understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
