Job Summary
We are looking for a Female Telesales Executive with experience in the Interior and Fit-Out industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to generate leads and close sales over the phone. Fluency in Hindi and English is required to effectively engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Present company services professionally and persuasively over the phone.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a database of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
