Responsibilities
· Understand and demonstrate the sales process and utilization of sales tools to maximize leads and generate new business
· Supervise the timely pickup, cleaning, pressing, and delivery of hotel linen and uniforms, and guest clothing to meet business plan goals and objectives
· Supervise and support staff engaged in cleaning, pressing and delivery activities
· Receive, investigate and follow-up on all customer complaints
· Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure operating conditions are at acceptable levels
· Leads laundry service departments
· Oversee the Laundry operations
· Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure that the Laundry team is aware of the day’s tasks, safety of the day and any other miscellaneous information to ensure successful operations
· Provide direct management and strategy to Linen and Laundry Services
Qualifications
· High School education, or equivalent, plus specialized course work beyond High School
· 2-3 or more years of experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational, negotiation, collaboration and time management skills required to maintain and enhance the business relationships.
· This position requires good scheduling and time management skills
· Must have solid background in the product/category management
· Team player to lead both internal & external cross functional teams
– Salary will be negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
Laundry Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
