We are looking for experienced and responsible candidates to join our Pest Control Team.
1. Pest Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily pest-control operations.
- Assign jobs and monitor Pest Control Operators.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare treatment plans.
- Ensure proper and safe use of pesticides and equipment.
- Ensure all staff follow PPE, safety, and company procedures.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports and maintain treatment records.
- Train and guide pest-control operators.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-up requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pest-control operations and supervision.
- Good knowledge of pest-control methods and chemicals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
2. Pest Control Operators
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest inspections at residential, commercial, and other sites.
- Carry out pest-control treatments as instructed.
- Use pesticides, traps, bait stations, and equipment safely.
- Wear the required PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain and clean pest-control equipment.
- Record treatments, chemicals used, and site observations.
- Report pest activity and site issues to the supervisor.
- Provide professional service to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous pest-control experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic pest-control procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to work at different locations.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
