A reputed pest control company, approved by both Dubai and Sharjah Municipality, is urgently seeking a Pest Control Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Supervision
- Oversee daily pest control operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians.
- Ensure the proper use of equipment and materials.
2. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE laws and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Oversee safe usage of government-approved chemicals.
- Maintain updated Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all pesticides.
- Train staff in the safe handling and application of pesticides and equipment.
3. Inspection & Assessment
- Conduct site visits to assess pest infestations.
- Identify pest species, infestation levels, and entry points.
- Recommend appropriate control methods (chemical, mechanical, or biological).
4. Client Interaction
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and explain pest control plans.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pest control technicians.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to hygiene standards.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemical usage, inspections, and site visits.
- Prepare reports for internal use and regulatory submission.
- Assist in preparing job quotations, tenders, and contracts.
7. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor pesticide inventory and manage supply orders.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in proper working condition.
8. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Promote pest control services to commercial and residential customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Dubai & Sharjah Municipality Pest Control Supervisor License(mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pest control operations.
- Strong knowledge of pest control chemicals, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and report generation.
- Capable of clearly explaining technical information to close sales deals effectively.
Salary Range: AED 3,500 to 4,500 (based on experience)
- Sales Commission will be provided upon achieving target sales.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
