Pest Control Supervisor Jobs in Dubai at Fixen technical service llc
Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company providing renovation, fit-out, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, cleaning, pest control, facility management, and integrated property solutions across Dubai.
We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Pest Control Supervisor to lead and manage our pest control operations and field team.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and a thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality requirements, pest control regulations, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of Pest Control Technicians.
- Prepare daily work schedules, assign service jobs, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestations, treatment requirements, and appropriate control methods.
- Develop and implement effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, transportation, and application of pesticides and chemicals.
- Ensure all pest control activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE HSE requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct quality inspections and follow-up visits to ensure treatment effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and evaluate technicians on treatment procedures, equipment usage, PPE, safety practices, and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, treatment reports, chemical usage records, service reports, and other required documentation.
- Monitor stock levels of chemicals, equipment, PPE, and operational supplies.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Investigate service complaints and implement timely corrective actions.
- Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE or GCC experience in pest control, including supervisory experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
- Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor or Operator Certification – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, pesticide application, and IPM.
- Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality pest control regulations and UAE HSE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage multiple technicians and service locations.
- Good report-writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
