Job Requirement:

To assist in administrative activities related to HR Services ensuring employees’ entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and employment contracts; ensure proper maintenance and regular update of the Personal system.

Personnel Administration

Insurance Coverage and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures

Statements and Reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Human Resources management or administration preferred

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of relevant Personnel administration related experience in a similar sized company

Attention to detail

Communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Computer literacy
