Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and certified Male and Female Personal Trainers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs, motivating members, and ensuring a safe and effective training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members.
- Design customized workout programs based on clients’ fitness goals.
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Educate members on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
- Promote personal training services and achieve monthly PT sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.
- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Support gym events, challenges, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Level 3 PT, or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and nutrition basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote personal training services.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
