Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one EMS training sessions with clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and guidance to achieve their fitness goals.
Develop and implement customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s specific needs, taking into account their fitness level, preferences, and any physical limitations.
Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for clients, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere throughout their fitness journey.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, offering advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall well-being.
Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by effectively promoting our services, packages, and memberships to potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and research, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements:
Certified personal trainer with a recognized fitness certification.
Proven experience in conducting one-on-one personal training sessions, preferably in a similar EMS Fitness environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build strong professional relationships.
A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude that motivates and inspires clients.
Strong sales skills with the ability to promote and sell fitness packages effectively.
Knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate various fitness levels and individual needs.
Professional and well-groomed appearance, representing the company’s brand image.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
