Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Female Personal Trainer to join our client fitness team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, have excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalised workout programs, providing guidance on nutrition, and ensuring a positive and motivating training environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs
✔ Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
✔ Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention
✔ Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly
✔ Offer basic nutrition and lifestyle advice to complement fitness goals
✔ Ensure the gym environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
✔ Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
✔ Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve training methods
✔ Promote personal training services and contribute to gym membership growth
Requirements
✔Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA)
✔ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching
✔ Education: A degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
✔ Skills: Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
✔ Languages: English (required); Arabic is a plus
✔ Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the UAE
