Job Description
Coordination of work with commercial and other services in order to organize export and re-export operations
Obtaining, preparing, controlling and completing documentation for export and re-export transactions
Delivery of documentation to forwarders in the country and abroad
Coordination of work with customs and VP warehouses in order to control and prepare goods for export or re-export
Complete organization and contracting of transport
Continuous monitoring of the delivery from loading of goods through customs procedures in the country and abroad to the final destination, i.e. unloading of goods
Maintaining export controls, customs book records
Keeping records and submitting reports on packaging and e-waste
Insurance of goods in transport
Other jobs related to import-export operations in the field of air transport, courier shipments, etc.
Other supporting tasks as required by the work process (analyses, reports)
Job Experience
Experience in export/re-export of goods for at least 3 years
Good knowledge of foreign trade, freight forwarding and customs procedures
Experience in organizing international transport of goods
Professional qualification, at least level IV in the field of economics, logistics, freight forwarding
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
Good organizational skills, communication skills, teamwork
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Quick decision-making when business circumstances require it
