Objectives:
Telesales is the selling of a company’s products or services by phone, either by calling possible customers or by answering calls from customers. Common steps to the selling process: prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, handling objections, closing and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable about the product.
Identify prospective customers, conversion and retention.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Answer questions about the products.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Duty Timings:
10 hours Duty.
3 Days off Monthly on Rotational basis.
All Requirements for the job Role:
12th Class or Higher Secondary school preferred.
At least 1 yr+ experience of industry in Telesales, Banking sector experience.,etc.
Good communication skill in Hindi, English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
