Candidate must have knowledge of Online processing of Employment Visas and related tasks in Ministry Of Labor and ICP portals.
A dedicated Typist with at least 1 year UAE experience is needed.
Should have experience in ID and immigration applications.
Preferred to know how to type in both Arabic and English.
Interviews will include assessment of typing skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office , Advanced MS Excel Skills , Emails and Computers.
– Good Communication Skills and Pleasant Personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and submitting various government-related applications (e.g., visas, labor cards, etc.) .
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
Organizing and maintaining files related to government affairs, licenses, permits, and visas.
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
