Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-plan Specialist located in Dubai. The Off-plan Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to the clients; negotiating and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks will include calling on leads provided on daily basis, managing client relationships and staying up to date with real estate market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent consulting skills in the real estate industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven sales track record in the real estate industry
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market
UAE driving license is preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian & French language skills are a plus)
Package offered by company:
Up to 60% Commission based on Slabs
Daily Fresh Leads
Company’s own data base clients
Rotational duty of Company’s kiosk in a hot-spot area
