Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or an equivalent qualification
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct financial audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Handle tax computations, filings, and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Evaluate financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Maintain proper records and documentation of financial transactions.
Assist in internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Key Requirements:
CA qualification from ICAI or an equivalent recognized body.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
