We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cum Personal Assistant to support our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and manage complex schedules. This role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Support the sales team with documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients.
Prepare and maintain sales-related records and reports.
Personal Assistance.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain office workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
Attend meetings and take notes as required.
We will provide:
Full time work with 1 day off
