We are a prestigious luxury fashion boutique based in Dubai, seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in the luxury retail sector while assisting with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Deliveries & Orders: Coordinating and managing incoming deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of stock.
Customer Service: Supporting customers and providing assistance with their purchases and orders.
PA Duties: Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing communications, and assisting with daily operations in the showroom.
Inventory Management: Assisting in stock organization and maintaining a tidy, presentable showroom.
Support to Management: Assisting senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and ensuring smooth operations in the boutique.
Requirements
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous Experience in a PA role or retail environment (luxury retail experience preferred).
Strong Organizational Skills: Able to multitask efficiently and stay on top of various duties.
Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Able to work independently and show initiative in solving problems.
Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility: Willing to take on new challenges and adjust to changing work demands.
Salary
AED 3,000 per month with potential for growth and career development.
