Family Personal Assistant (Part-Time) – Amman, Jordan

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Jordanian Personal Assistant to support a private family in Amman.

This is a part-time, live-out role requiring flexibility based on the family’s presence in Jordan. The selected candidate will act as the family’s primary operational contact in Amman, ensuring smooth management of administrative, property, and coordination matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling meetings; preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handling government processes (ID and vehicle renewals, official paperwork).
  • Managing emails and drafting professional correspondence.
  • Running errands and acting as liaison when the family is abroad.
  • Overseeing properties in Amman, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Negotiating with contractors and managing related expenses.
  • Coordinating travel, drivers, airport pickups, and bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate financial and property records.
  • Supervising existing staff and providing updates.
  • Maintaining organised physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.

The role requires weekend and evening availability. Workload fluctuates depending on whether the family is in Jordan.
