Infinity Glory Holdings is looking for highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations and administrative schedules for the chairman. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Handle travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transport.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups on action points.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages for the Chairman.

Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of necessary reports and approvals.

Manage personal tasks and special projects as assigned by the Chairman.

Liaise with executive teams, board members, clients, and government entities on behalf of the Chairman.

Draft, review, and edit businesscorrespondenceandcommunications.

Facilitate communication between the Chairman and different departments.

Represent the Chairman in meetings when required.

Plan and organize corporateevents, board meetings, and VIP engagements.

Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution of events and functions.

Arrange conference calls, video meetings, and business networking opportunities.

Handle highly sensitive business and personal information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Ensure the Chairman’s work environment is well-organized, efficient, and professional.

Maintain a high level of diplomacy, integrity, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience handling corporate correspondence, reports, and scheduling.

Knowledge of business etiquette, corporate governance, and executive-level operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven Experience as PA or Executive Assistant to C-suit Executive.

Bilingual – English & Arabic (Preferred).
