Position Summary:

We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Admin to provide administrative support and assist with personal tasks. This role requires multitasking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Assist with confidential and financial documentation.
Perform general administrative tasks and office duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
