packages. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. Based in our Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers office, the individual will have strong
adaptability
and
problem-solving skills
and be comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment
.
Responsibilities Provide support to the Managing Director Manage incoming emails and calls Communicate on the Managing Director’s behalf Follow up action items Support preparation of management reports Screen and respond to staff requests Arrange personal schedule and personal items Book travel and accommodation General administration and document control Other tasks as required from time to time Requirements
Education
& training: High school
education
Degree qualification advantageous but not essential Technical requirements: Confident working in a
fast-paced environment
Strong
adaptability
and
problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills Pays
attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English Competent working with MS Office and other applications
Experience:
