Job Description:
Consortium Consultancy, based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, as the role may involve creating content tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.
This role requires a creative individual who can produce visually appealing designs and engaging video content to support our brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
– Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and advertisements.
– Develop brand-aligned visuals that resonate with our target audience.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
2. Video Editing:
– Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
– Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance video content.
– Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
3. Content Localization:
– Adapt designs and video content to suit Arabic-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
– Translate and localize content as needed.
4. Creative Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
5. Quality Assurance:
– Ensure all designs and videos are of the highest quality and align with brand guidelines.
– Stay updated on design and video editing trends to keep content fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
– Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
– Experience in creating motion graphics and animations is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
– Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not mandatory.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
