Perfume Store In-Charge Jobs in Dubai at HYM Investment Group
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Perfume Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, handle customers professionally, achieve sales targets, and maintain proper stock and store standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of perfumes, excellent customer service skills, and experience in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the perfume store.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable perfumes.
- Explain product features, fragrance notes, prices, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- Must be presentable, polite, and professional.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in UAE retail sales.
- Knowledge of different perfume brands and fragrance types.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
