Experienced Perfume Sales Executive / Perfume Mixing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Perfume Sales Executive / Perfume Mixing Specialist to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong fragrance knowledge, and experience in perfume blending and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and fragrance consultation.
- Recommend perfumes based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Perform custom perfume mixing and fragrance blending.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Promote new arrivals, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, and inventory.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the perfume section.
- Support stock counts and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail perfume sales experience.
- Experience in perfume mixing/blending is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic, French, and international perfume brands.
- Strong understanding of fragrance families and perfume notes.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional personality.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.
