Perfume Brand Manager Jobs in Sharjah at Al Jothan Perfumes
We are a growing perfume and fragrance group in the UAE with multiple business lines including manufacturing, packaging, and branding. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Perfume Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our perfume brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute brand strategies for perfume and fragrance products
· Manage product development lifecycle (concept, fragrance selection, packaging, launch)
· Work closely with internal teams (factory, packaging, marketing, sales)
· Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
· Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (online & offline)
· Manage brand positioning, pricing, and product portfolio
· Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and fragrance houses
· Monitor sales performance and suggest growth strategies
Requirements:
· 2–5 years of experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG brand management
· Strong knowledge of the perfume market and trends
· Experience in product development and branding
· Excellent communication and project management skills
· Creative mindset with strong business understanding
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred:
· Experience in the UAE/GCC perfume market
· Knowledge of fragrance oils, packaging, and sourcing
· Arabic speaking is a plus
