Position: Performance Tester –
People Dynamics is Hiring | Performance Tester | Qatar (12-Month Contract)
People Dynamics is looking for an experienced Performance Tester for a 12-month contract in Qatar.
Key Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Performance Testing
- Hands‑on experience with Tricentis Neo Load (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Tricentis Tosca
- Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Performance Testing
- Mandatory experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain
- Experience working on Core Banking applications
- Hands‑on experience with Finastra Essence is highly preferred
- Experience with API Performance Testing and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure Dev Ops) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
