10X Digital is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency looking for a Performance Media Specialist with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads campaigns for UAE clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience managing UAE/GCC clients
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Snapchat Ads
- GA4
- GTM
- Conversion Tracking & Pixel Setup
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google, Meta, and Snapchat campaigns
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Content Team
