Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role is must.
Strong knowledge of fitout operation.
Familiarity with office equipment
Hands on experience working with fitout / facilities management companies
Well-organized
Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
Knowledge of scheduling ,coordinate with technical team & clients for smooth operation .
Excellent communication with computer knowledge .
Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
