Performance Framework & KPI Design
- Design, implement, and continuously refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track organizational, departmental, and individual performance against strategic objectives .
- Establish clear performance benchmarks and scorecards, ensuring they are aligned with corporate goals specific to the real estate sector (e.g., sales targets, project milestones, leasing volumes) .
- Create and maintain governance processes for the creation, modification, and elimination of KPIs .
Performance Appraisal & Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle (e.g., annual, semi-annual), ensuring timely and accurate completion of reviews .
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency in performance ratings across different departments (e.g., Sales, Property Management, Development) .
- Administer probationary performance reviews for new hires .
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards and analytical insights to senior management and executives, utilizing BI tools like Power BI or Tableau .
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and departmental objectives .
Strategic Partnership & Talent Management
- Partner with department heads to provide coaching and support on performance-related issues .
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Talent Management teams to support succession planning and identify training needs based on performance gaps.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to design or refine commission and incentive schemes that align with business goals and drive sales productivity.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and utilize employee feedback to continuously improve performance management programs.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste and optimizing processes across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in performance management, commercial operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Essential: Proven experience within the real estate/property sector or a major organization with a structured, KPI-driven environment.
Technical
Skills:
- KPI Development: Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, and productivity enhancement.
- Data Analysis: Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a data-driven mindset.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
