The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of departments and employees, ensuring alignment between key performance indicators (KPIs) and the company’s strategic objectives. The role supports organizational effectiveness by preparing performance reports, providing recommendations, and driving continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze labor market trends and conduct benchmarking studies to support the development of competitive reward policies.
  • Develop performance standards and prepare annual KPI reports and achievement metrics aligned with the HR strategy.
  • Review and align KPIs and strategic initiatives with the company’s objectives.
  • Develop individual employee goals and provide guidance to support professional development and organizational performance.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the performance management system while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Training and Development Department to implement recognition and development programs for high-performing and underperforming employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop detailed KPI scorecards and annual performance plans.
  • Collect and consolidate performance objectives across departments.
  • Design and maintain Balanced Scorecard templates and performance evaluation forms, and monitor evaluation results.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and monitor departmental performance against targets.
  • Prepare and publish periodic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain, review, and ensure the completeness of employee performance evaluation records and databases.
  • Coordinate with departments to develop corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Conduct annual 360-degree performance evaluations and submit findings and recommendations to the Department Manager.
  • Prepare periodic reports on work progress, issues, and recommended solutions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all work-related information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Requirements


Education

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred).

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Performance Management (required).
  • Experience in Performance Management within the Human Resources function (preferred).

Languages

  • Practical knowledge of English (required).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
